How do you match your shoes and handbag to a pastel dress?
Women’s’ shoes have been all over the map color-wise for the last decade or so. Maybe I’m a bit old fashioned but I think shoes should at least match your outfit or complement it.

When making this set I thought the bag and shoes should be in the same color family as the dress but a matching pastel seemed to disappear against the lovely print. A darker wine/burgundy enhances the soft pinks and makes a striking statement. The Joan Burgundy tote from Brenda Macleod is functional and works with just about any outfit.
